Yep that's right. Three pounds this week - hOorAy!
I consistently ate well this week and that made a huge difference.
I still have to get motivated to excercise more - I'll get there.

How are you doing with your endeavors?
I've been crazy busy trying to get things ready for
the sPoOkytiMe jiNgLes update saturday.
Everything just takes longer than I plan.
I've got a few things completely finished,
a set of ornaments, a nightlight, and a ring and earring set but
still have a few more things to finish up.
I'll have some peeks soon :)
Gotta go, lots to do before TopChef!
